To consult his portfolio <a href=\"https:\/\/quadriennalediroma.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Q_DiGirolamo_Portfolio_ITA-ENG_13_10.pdf.pdf\"><strong>read here.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The work <em>Sending a Letter for Sanding Words<\/em> is animated by a contrast between natural and artificial elements, placed in dialogue to create what the artist defines as \u201cmaterial rhymes\u201d, poetic juxtapositions that use matter rather than words. Sound is generated by the movement of the sea sand contained inside the rotating plastic tubes and is one of the work\u2019s constituent elements.<\/p>\n<p>The suggestive sound environment is intended to transport the visitor elsewhere, simulating the sound of pouring water and thus evoking the context of origin of the materials that make up the work.<\/p>\n<p><em>Portfolio<\/em> is one of the two exhibition cycles of the program <em>Quotidiana<\/em> at the Museo di Roma- Palazzo Braschi conceived and produced by La Quadriennale di Roma in collaboration with Roma Culture, Rome\u2019s Superintendency for Cultural Heritage. Its aim is to explore a number of significant trends in 21st-century Italian art.<\/p>\n<p><em>Once<\/em> a month, eleven artists <em>under<\/em> the age of 35 are presented in the exhibition with a single work. T Their research is narrated in a portfolio developed by the Curator-in-residence at La Quadriennale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The exhibition venue is the\u00a0<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museodiroma.it\/\"><strong>Museo di Roma-Palazzo Braschi\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><strong>(Piazza di San Pantaleo, 10\/Piazza Navona, 2). The admission is free without reservation.
